Turn out the lights

As we approach yet another government shutdown due to the inability of Congress to stopping meddling in unConstitutional matters long enough to get their basic jobs done (i.e. a budget), this cartoon nails it:

I believe a growing number of Americans are realizing we'd be better off without Congress than with the out-of-touch control freaks we have now.  It should be the first thing "shut down" as a consequence of their own folly.

NO INCUMBENTS, PLEASE!
