A moderately useful suggestion...

A Congressman apparently has yet another new idea how to 'stimulate' the economy (notice how these never seem to involve letting people keep more of their own money...):
Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn.) on Tuesday introduced legislation that would allow federal block grants that states now use to subsidize child-care services to also allow for the purchase of diapers and "diapering supplies."

Well, given all the crap the States take from D.C., I suppose this provision could come in handy.  Isn't it nice to know they're focused on the important things inside the Beltway?

“Politicians are like diapers; they need to be changed often and for the same reason.”
