Nice of 'em to notice... bit late, though...

Rasmussen releases a survey:

A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that just 39% of Likely U.S. Voters believe the federal government currently operates within the limits established by the Constitution of the United States.

Forty-four percent (44%) disagree and say it is not functioning within those limits, while another 17% aren’t sure.
No word on how many concerned respondents were opening their Social Security check or filing a Medicare claim when the pollster called...

Like some of the respondents, I don't believe the problem is with the Constitution. It's with enforcement of the limits the Founders tried to establish. When you've reached a point the meaning of words like these are 'debatable,' there's no written document ever conceived that can restrain growing government.
