The Homeland Defense secretary can "apologize" all she likes, but the government tipped its hand by creating a report lumping mainstream conservative views in with violent extremist and racist groups.
According to Homeland Security, if you favor state sovereignty over Federal nannying, or support independent presidential candidates, or focus on issues like opposing abortion and illegal immigration, you're a "right-wing extremist" and a potential danger.
Guess the jig is up. But the fact such views can be labeled as extremist is less reflective on the viewpoints than on how far our nation has moved from its foundations. One can only wonder when they'll progress from name calling to blacklisting and more.
And they wonder why guns and ammo are selling so well...

They would call them Terrorists.... I think we had that discussion once. It's all a matter of perspective.
