Only in America

I guarantee there's no other place on the planet that would let you sue for being held at gunpoint after entering illegally.
An Arizona man who has waged a 10-year campaign to stop a flood of illegal immigrants from crossing his property is being sued by 16 Mexican nationals who accuse him of conspiring to violate their civil rights when he stopped them at gunpoint on his ranch on the U.S.-Mexico border.
The judge who granted standing in this case needs to be disbarred. "Civil rights" refers to rights one possesses by virtue of being part of the civitas, or citizenry. These invaders (let's not mince words, here) do not fall in that category. Therefore, they have no "civil rights" our legal system is obliged to respect. They possess the natural right to life, which is why the farmer didn't shoot them out of hand. But one places even one's natural rights at risk in the commission of a crime--which is what illegal entry into this nation is.

I'm beyond disgusted at the way the plight of those breaking and entering is treated with sympathy, while the continuing effect on American citizens living in high-traffic areas is minimized or ignored. If we spent just a fraction of what's being poured into ratholes in the 'war on terror' into defending our legitimate border, American citizens on our southern frontier wouldn't be in these situations. This is particularly important given the escalating drug war and other political developments that threaten to turn Mexico into a failed state. But then, taking action wouldn't serve the globalist agenda of breaking down everything that makes America distinct, now would it?

If a U.S. court rules against this U.S. citizen in favor of invaders, what reason do Americans have to support that court system any more?
