White (House) Man speak with forked tongue

Nothing underscores the hypocrisy of our ruling class better than the fact the junior Senator from Illinois who campaigned so vigorously on a 'peace' platform in 2008 will go down in history as the major escalator of robotic warfare and near-omnipresent aerial observation.  This shouldn't have been a surprise; after all, his predecessor campaigned eight years earlier on the need for a more 'humble' foreign policy and an aversion to nation-building.  How'd that work out?
