Let's see... it's been THIRTY MONTHS since we actually had a Federal budget...

... Congress just rejected a Balanced Budget amendment...

... and we're being told that failure of the (extra-Constitutional) "Super Committee" to come up next week with over $1 trillion in budget cuts next decade (a measly $100 billion a year, or less than 8 percent of projected spending) will mean yet another reduction in the nation's previously perfect credit rating.  Meaning we'll be spending even more on interest in our debt...

Yup, it's time to trot this one out again...
