They do have a point

Count me as one of those who thinks this shows what time it is in America:
A small publishing company is under fire after putting warning labels on copies of the U.S. Constitution, Declaration of Independence and other historical documents.
Wilder Publications warns readers of its reprints of the Constitution, the Declaration of Independence, Common Sense, the Articles of Confederation, and the Federalist Papers, among others, that “This book is a product of its time and does not reflect the same values as it would if it were written today.”
Naturally this will be grist for outrage by the usual suspects in the political circus industry. I, too, find disclaimer to be a bit ridiculous. But one has to admit that for a large and growing part of our citizenry, the statement above is an accurate one.

And therein lies the problem. If the Constitution is now considered merely a relic of a barbarous era, why should the government be held to account for the limits it imposes on them?
