A9: None. That was a trick question. The Constitution does not grant rights to the People of the United States. The People of the United States have inherent rights granted to them by their Creator. The Constitution recognizes those rights as immutable and irrevocable. No amendment or foreign treaty may change them. What the government grants, the government may revoke but what God grants, only He may revoke. This is the strength of our form of government, if we have any at all.

A Constitutional catechism
If further developed, this could be a useful instructional tool. Catechisms were certainly well-used by those who formed this nation!
