Ran across a gentleman the other day that was convinced the only way to solve things was to instate a parliamentary system. Interesting conversation.
I'm not so sure about that. I do think if we implemented a Constitutional system it would go a long way...
(Yes, that was deliberate. I like the old joke, circa 2004, that if the Iraqis needed a Constitution we could give them ours, since it's not like we're using it anymore...)
That is a good one, after all it is just a piece of paper.
