So much for 'transparency'

I bet there's more than a few New Yorkers wondering what the heck they were thinking voting for the current pack of rascals called the Administration:
Federal officials knew that sending two fighter jets and Air Force One to buzz ground zero and Lady Liberty might set off nightmarish fears of a 9/11 replay, but they still ordered the photo-op kept secret from the public.

...they demanded total secrecy from the NYPD, the Secret Service, the FBI and even the mayor's office and threatened federal sanctions if the secret got out.
They knew the likely negative outcome and proceeded anyway. Why are we to expect it's any different with their hostile takeover of the economy and desire to nationalize healthcare? Just curious.

For a president who promised openness and transparency, there have sure been a lot of behind-the-scenes decision making on critical issues. The apologies and explanations, while frequent, only come after they're called out. Makes you wonder what we DON'T know's going on.

At least there were apologies 4 years ago. Now absolute denial of mistakes/wrongdoing, and justifications instead.
