Re-elect this Senator!

I'd certainly vote for him if I could:

Just one problem... Cicero died a couple thousand years ago. Without leaving any descendants in the political class, apparently. Maybe we oughta give that DNA reconstruction thingy a try... he could come in real handy right about now.
