Goin' south, down south?

This is always nice to read, considering how a substantial portion of our defense force is traipsing around the world on various open-ended missions:

Mexico is one of two countries that "bear consideration for a rapid and sudden collapse," according to a report by the U.S. Joint Forces Command on worldwide security threats.

But hey, since we've been so good at rebuilding failed states around the world it should be a piece of cake when it happens in our own backyard, right? (/sarcasm)
