Hip to be square?

I chuckled when I read this "memo to the whiners:"

There are worse things than suffering the unhip-ness of church culture. God doesn't care about your haircut or what style of music you listen to, and if you think a lost world would like Jesus more if only his followers looked more emo, you're an idiot.

On the other hand, it's worth pointing out that cuts both ways, and one doesn't have to dress like a Fortune 500 CEO or listen to Mozart to be a vital part of the Body of Christ. The bottom line is we need to stop worrying about what everyone else thinks of our "style," and concern ourselves only with whether our choices honor Christ.
