A new creation

Every January 1st, people look forward to a New Year, hoping for new directions and improvement. Each is an opportunity to do better than before. Even with our best efforts and most successful resolutions, however, no year will ever match the perfection that will come with the end of time. One day, there will no longer be a need for 'new years.'

And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away.”
Then He who sat on the throne said, “Behold, I make all things new.” And He said to me, “Write, for these words are true and faithful.” And He said to me, “It is done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End.
