It's a depressing commentary on the state of what Americans consider to be liberty that voters in New Hampshire put Hillary "Socialism in our time" Clinton and John "Empire without end" McCain back in the driver's seat of their respective party nomination campaigns.

So much for the state motto. Gen. Stark must be turning in his grave, along with the rest of the Revolutionary generation. Then again, New Hampshire is also called the Granite State, and this outcome is pretty blockheaded...
