Thought for the day

In light of today's protests against enforcement of the law, I find this recent quip to be appropriate:

"They keep talking about drafting a Constitution for Iraq. Why don't we just give them ours? It was written by a lot of really smart guys, it worked for over 200 years, and it's pretty clear we're not using it anymore."

Of course, the question remains, would they know what to do with it if we gave it to them? In fact, would the average American know what to do with it anymore?
