The Three Musketeers (AKA my three boys) have been on thin ice the past week. After taking most of the weekend to clean their room, then falling down in some other responsibilities, they managed to lose their TV and computer access for a week. Not a joyful time in Mudville.
Then, tonight, the Senior Musketeer kept an unusually good attitude during our math torture, er, homework. As a reward for sticking to it, I offer him a chance for a little computer time. He hesitates. I ask "is there something else you'd rather do?"
"I'd rather spend some Dad time than play with a computer. It's just a bunch of wires."
The commercial's right: there are some things money just can't buy. Forget politics...all is well in Mudville tonight!
